MP3 Has Exciting News!

We have moved!

I am excited to announce that MP3 has moved to a better location to serve our customers! We are now seeing clients at Green Door Fitness, conveniently located about 1.5 miles east of the Colorado State Capitol.

We are excited to join forces with Green Door Fitness, and gym owner Matt Hammel. I met Matt at my business networking group (Business Networking Inc, BNI), and we have been discussing ways more strategically together.

We finally decided to move our practices under one roof, and it's working well! I've had a great time meeting gym members, and discussing neuroplasticity with Matt's trainers. Green Door has some phenomenal trainers, and I love their slogan, "You mean more at Green Door." You can tell as soon as you walk in, there is something special about this place. The trainers know their clients well: they know exactly what they need, and how hard to push them, so they can thrive at fitness and life!

Green Door helps people get in shape, and I help them prevent injury, so it's a perfect combination. I hope you see you soon at Green Door!
