We've had great success with our online E-CEO discussion groups. E-CEO stands for Elevating Cortical Executive Optimization. Our easy-to-follow, step-by-step curriculum offers practical applications and opportunities to practice new skills. As we meet together, the supportive encouragement and accountability of the group helps transform clumsy attempts and failures into well-honed skills and successful habits.

The next E-CEO (Elevating the CEO) group starts Friday, February 21, at 10:00 am. Meetings are every other week on Zoom, Friday mornings at 10:00, and we meet eight times. Each meeting is one hour long. The cost for all sessions is $100.
Our curriculum covers the latest research on brain performance, the ancient philosophy of Stoicism, brain-body exercises for focus and productivity, and more.
